Beam Attends Tuck-WBENC Program
The P.O.P. Shop is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprises. Through a qualification and application process, Mrs. Beam was one of 50 certified Women Business Enterprises selected to attend the week long Ivy League executive education experience provided by Dartmouth College. The Tuck-WBENC Executive Education Program, presented by IBM used the participant’s own businesses as the primary case study. During the week long intensive learning experience WBE’s focused on financial management, strategic planning and implementation including value chain analysis, organizational structures, processes and marketing. Participants took away a wealth of knowledge that is immediately applicable, plus a strong network of relationships.
